Specialty insurer Beazley is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsay Shipper as the new Head of Commercial Property for North America, effective April 1, 2025. Shipper brings nearly two decades of expertise in the property market and a wealth of broker insights to her new role.
Before joining Beazley, Shipper spent 16 years at Marsh, where she held several senior positions, most recently serving as Managing Director and Southeast Zone Property Leader. At Beazley, we are deeply invested in supporting our brokers and clients to meet these challenges, and I am thrilled to have Lindsay join us to drive our growth ambitions forward.”
Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, Shipper stated, “Beazley’s growth in the North American property sector has been remarkable, and I am eager to contribute to such a dynamic team. Together, we aim to build on past successes and deliver the innovative solutions that brokers and clients seek.”
Beazley has earned a strong reputation in the specialty property market, especially within the US excess and surplus lines sector. The company has also recently extended its global property underwriting capabilities into the European market, reflecting its commitment to growth and market leadership.
